What documents I need?
Here's what you need to do to register and what documents to send us.
- Fill out the membership application
- Complete the anti-money laundering questionnaire attaching a copy of a valid identification document of the legal representative
- Read the information on Legislative Decree 196/03 regarding the protection of personal data
- Attach a copy of the deed of incorporation and the statute in force.
- If membership of Cooperazione Trentina is not provided for by the statute, it is necessary to attach a self-certified copy, without an authentic signature, of the resolution of the competent body with which membership is requested.
- Attach the copy of the historical certificate of the C.C.I.A.A.
- Attach a copy of the last two financial statements filed and related attachments (not necessary for newly established cooperatives)
- Attach a copy of the latest biennial audit and the statutory audit of the accounts (not necessary for newly established cooperatives).
- Fill out the SEPA form
